We did not have the best experience with Edmonds. They did good work on our car, but they were not very timely about it. Our car was there for three weeks. Granted I know that it takes a long time for parts to get to Alaska and I do not hold them accountable for that. However, they obviously did not do their fastest work. For example, we approved our car to be worked on Friday at noon. They told us then that It would take three days to get parts. On Monday I called to see if the parts had arrived yet, because some shipping companies work weekends. Turns out, they hadn't even ordered the parts yet. I called back Thursday and parts still hadn't arrived, but they told me that the parts should arrive Friday, so I assumed that they meant that they would work on it Friday. We called back Friday, they said they never had any intentions to work on it Friday, come back Tuesday (Monday was memorial day.) Tuesday comes, and our car was supposedly was scheduled at 10 that morning. We call at 4:30 and they tell us that they didn't end up finishing and they found something else. We approve that work and the "three day shipping" starts over. That means the part should be there Friday, they didn't work on our car until Monday, and didn't finish our car until Tuesday. Mind you we didn't have a car this whole time considering that is our only car. They didn't make me feel valued as a customer.
