I've always taken my car to Jenski's (and BJs when it was called that.) With them being closed, I had to find a new shop. Edmond's came recommended so I pulled in and saw how full the parking lot was. I was almost certain there'd be no way to fit my car in. I was greeted warmly by Tobi, the owner, and she quickly was able to say that my car would at least be seen and diagnosed that day. Their friendly courtesy driver gave me a ride to work and sure enough, I got a call later ...that afternoon with a diagnosis and an estimate for repair. I got my car back when promised the next day and it's fixed well. There was a follow up text and email from Tobi that shows me how much they care about customer service. I don't know if it was the cheapest option - it may have been but I didn't shop around. But it was surely a great experience - something I think is rare when getting your car repaired. I'll definitely be back should I need auto repairs.
