Everyone was awesome to work with! James, Anthony they were all great! The mechanic (don’t know his name, sorry!) came in Saturday on a 3 day weekend to finish my car! Thank you all!! I really appreciate how my vehicle turned out!! I will never go anywhere else!!!

Very well informed staff, knowledgeable and committed to their work.. I enjoy talking to the techs, in the past I built several racing engines, restored vintage vehicles, the staff listens and at time gives me ideas.

Friendly!!! They might be a bit higher priced than other shops on some things, but the communication and quality of repair and/or service is impeccable! I don't mind paying a little extra for great service, lots of smiles, and personable people. Edmonds knows customer service, and goes above and beyond for their customers. I changed to them from another shop that was just rather rude about things. Like I NEEDED them, I did not. Thanks guys, you're awesome!!! d:-)

Always great service and staff goes above and beyond to make customers happy! This is the only place I trust my vehicles to get my repaired and prices are reasonable.

This place is a joke, I needed to have my brakes done. They were already inspected at another shop where I had my oil changed (they don’t do brakes). I can in to schedule the repair, they said that they would need to inspect it themselves so they were sure what was “needed and order the parts”, so I made an appointment for the estimate which they said would take an hour and run $65. So I showed up on time (Monday), it was going to just be an hour so I decided to wait…..2 1/2 hour later I get my vehicle back and am charged $68. They make me an appointment for Friday morning. I only get an estimate for the labor because their parts guy is out but am insured that they will call or text me the full estimate the next day…Wednesday I still haven’t heard from them so I stopped by to get the estimate…..it wasn’t ready but they assured me again that they would get it to me that afternoon. Thursday morning I received a text for them reminding me of my Friday appointment. I called them about my estimate and was informed that the needed to inspect my vehicle so they could “order the parts” they said it could be one of three different brakes. I asked what I paid for on Monday when they had my vehicle for 2 1/2 hours all I got where dumb excuses. So I drive across the valley for them to inspect my vehicle again, they go out to inspect it and then inform me that they need to take it into the shop and pull a tire off BUT they won’t charge me this time…..I was dumbfounded. I asked to speak with the owner….Not There, I asked to speak with the manager/supervisor….Not There…..So my experience is that they CHARGED me for a SERVICE they NEVER performed. Owner or manager never followed up with me…..and what really gets me is that my vehicle is the same make and model of their courtesy vehicle, the only difference is mines a few years newer. I was going to let it drop but they just sent me a text thanking me for my business (all I did was give them money for nothing). And asking me to please review their service. They are a joke and a ripoff.

I took my 1992 Saab in for servicing and I was more than impressed with the service I received from Edmonds. From the friendliness of the employees, to the communication and the pricing, I felt completely at ease and comfortable with the entire process. This car was part of my late father’s collection, and I wanted no one but the best to maintain it. All of my fears were assuaged when I picked up my vehicle, and I am more than confident now that not only have I found the best place to take my Saab, but, my other imports as well. Job very well done.
